Graduate Competency Exams for the Registered Dietitian

Nutrition Science, Nutrition Education, Foodservice Management Objectives

If you are already an R.D. and your graduate objective is Nutritional Science, Nutrition Education, or Foodservice Management, you only need to take one of the following exams as determined by advisement and area of professional practice:

Nutrition Science
Foodservice Management

Food Science Objective

If you are already an R.D. and your graduate objective is Food Science, you must take the following two exams.

Food Science

Nutrition Science or
Foodservice Management
