After Being Accepted for Admission
Once you have been accepted as a graduate
student at SJSU in the NuFS Department:
- You will receive notification from the Admissions Office
and be advised of your standing. You can check your admission status
through Reach SJSU at
https://walnut.sjsu.edu/ware/owa/ware1.AIR
- You should become familiar with the information in the
Department's Advisement Information Packet (M.S. in Nutritional Science)
and the Masters in Nutritional Science section of the Department
website,
and
- You should telephone or meet with the Graduate
Coordinator, Dr. Panfilo Belo, Department of Nutrition and
Food Science to discuss your interests and a tentative program of study prior to
registering for classes. Faculty are not on duty during Summer/Winter breaks except
the designated advising dates indicated in your registration materials.
