Nutritional Science with No Concentration

Five Emphases

The Department offers a general curriculum with 5 different emphases. For more detailed information, please refer to the Undergraduate Resource Handbook (pdf file). For curriculum planning, click on the pdf files below.

Students who do not choose a concentration must meet with a faculty advisor to generate a personal four-year program. These academic plans do not meet the requirements of the American Dietetic Association or the Institute of Food Technologists.
