Revisiting Reauthorization: 2006 Annual Mandatory Training

The Final Review process includes the following four steps, the first two of which are accessible from this page:

Step 1. Preview the Final Review to familiarize yourself with the questions in each of the 10 Modules listed at left below. You may print these questions if you wish, spend as much time as you'd like studying them, then return here and proceed with Step 2.

Step 2. Proceed to the Final Review itself and answer the questions for each of the 10 Modules.

Is the Final Review a graded quiz? Although the Final Review does resemble a quiz, it is not graded, nor does the awarding of your Certificate depend upon your performance. However, we do record everyone's answers as a source of feedback, and we encourage you to do your best to answer the questions correctly.

All of the Module questions, as well as Steps 3 and 4 below, must be completed in one session. There are 43 questions in all, and we estimate that the entire session, including Steps 3 and 4 below, should take approximately 45 minutes.

Step 3. Training Evaluation: Fill in and submit the on-line feedback form about this year's NSLP training. You will be taken to the Training Evaluation form after you have completed Step 2, above. You may preview the form here.

Step 4. Certificate: Submit your Agency (sponsor) name and Agreement number in an on-line form, then print your Certificate which will be displayed in a webpage. Your Agency (sponsor) name will be displayed on the Certificate. Your submitted data and your printed Certificate establish that you have completed the 2006 training. Since you will need to enter your 16-digit NSLP/SBP Agreement Number, please have it available. You will be taken to the Certificate page after completing Step 3.
