Annual Mandatory Training for National School Lunch/Breakfast Program Sponsors: Schools

 


Welcome to the
2008 Annual Mandatory Training for National School Lunch Program (NSLP)/School Breakfast Program (SBP) sponsors. This online training program is sponsored by the California Department of Education (CDE), Nutrition Services Division (NSD), and the Cal-Pro-NET Center at San Jose State University.

This is mandatory training for all school districts, charter schools, private schools and residential child care institutions who are NSLP/SBP sponsors. Your fulfillment of the training requirement will be reported to the California Department of Education after you complete the course and receive a Certificate of Completion.

The Training Modules, Quizzes, and Evaluation pages will be available online until November 16, 2009. Your agency will be out of compliance with the NSLP/SBP regulations if you fail to complete this course, including the Quizzes and the Evaluation, by November 16, 2009.

Please complete the steps below in the order indicated. Step 1 is particularly important and contains information you will need before you can proceed to Steps 2 and 3.
