B.S. Nutritional Science: No Concentration

The Department of Nutrition and Food Science offers a general curriculum with 5 different emphases. Nutrition students who do not choose a concentration must meet with a department advisor to generate a personal four-year program.

These academic plans do not meet the requirements of the American Dietetic Association or the Institute of Food Technologists.

A minor in a discipline outside the major is highly recommended. However, if one does not wish to complete a minor, one may complete 18 units of a variety of courses by approval of an advisor outside the major.
