External Dietetic Internship Programs

Currently, in the Directory of Dietetic Programs, there are over 100 listings for external dietetic internships. These programs are offered all over the United States and vary in length.

NuFS students who select an external dietetic internship or an internal dietetic internship program other than the one at SJSU are not required to complete the 450 internal dietetic internship prerequisite hours and content exams. 

Only those students who select the internal dietetic internship at SJSU must complete the 450 prerequisite hours and multiple-choice content exams.
