1 Developmental Accreditation by the Commission on Accreditation for Dietetics Education of the American Dietetic Association. Graduate student or transfer student opting for a dietetic internship needs to have your transcript evaluated at the beginning of your program. For an official Didactic Program in Dietetics (DPD) transcript evaluation, please see Dr. Nancy Lu, DPD Director, CCB 106, (408) 924-3109. To obtain the DPD Verification, you must submit an official transcript indicating your BS degree and all courses required for the DPD.

2 Biol 065 (Human Anatomy) is a recommended prerequisite for Biol 066 (Human Physiology), but is not required in the major.

3 NuFS 135 and NuFS 139 meet 6 units of Advanced General Education requirements and can be double-counted for the major and for General Education (Areas S and R).
