NuFS 008 (Nutrition for the Health Professions)

Students with previous nutrition background may challenge NuFS 008 with an exam.

NuFS 103 (Food Processing I)

NuFS 103 requires high school prerequisites of intermediate algebra and two years of laboratory science.

Biol 066 (Physiology)

Even though Biol 066 has a recommendation of Human Anatomy Biol 065, Dietetic students have been allowed to bypass this requirement.
